Reservation details
To make a Christmas reservation we ask for a non-refundable deposit of £5 per person. Final balances are due by 1st December. We reserve the right to change any item, product or service without prior notice. If you cancel your event due to severe weather, we will re-booked it for another night subject to availability by both parties, if necessary in January. We will not penalise you for the weather however we are unable to refund a party booking. We will always be open regardless of weather, therefore it will only be your transport to the restaurant that is the issue.
Come and bring the family on Sunday 27th November to decorate our Christmas tree and also receive a FREE chocolate advent calender for the children. We will also have Wii play in the lounge for kids big and small!
New Years Eve menu £24.95 per person
We will be bringing a touch of Spain to Stalybridge for our New Years Eve Party, serving Sangria. Cava and a fantastic Spanish buffet filled with regional hot dishes, Tapas and Spanish desserts. To celebrate a true Spanish New year you must also eat 12 grapes at midnight including pips, watch as people pull funny faces, tradition says this will give you luck for the rest of the year, and to start your luck of in 2012 the faster grape eater will get a bottle of Champagne. All in all its guaranteed to be a night to remember...

Juicy melon served with a freshly made sorbet with winter berries, topped with a fruit puree.

Piping hot parsnip soup scented with Asian spices and fresh coriander served with cave roasted flat bread.
Chargrilled peppers and Feta Cheese
Herb marinated chargrilled peppers and feta cheese served on a bed of leaves, bound with a vinaigrette.
Pesto Chicken with cranberry jelly
Cave roasted Chicken breasts marinated in pesto, served on a bed of leaves with a sweet cranberry jelly compote.
