Flamin’ Nosh Sister restaurant to Hyde’s StablesBistro, the fun red, yellow and orange interior of this western- themed restaurant - ideal for kidsand kidults alike - belies an easysimplicity in both the presentationand execution of the food. A giantstone cave oven dominated theopen kitchen and gives the partTex-Mex, part modern Britishmenu flavour and texture. Staplestarters such as Deep-fried Cajunmushrooms and their own wonderfulFlamin’ dough balls (both £4.00) areunfussy, flavoursome and deliveredwith just the right amount of bite.Ditto the main of Aromatic duckpizza (£7.85), a wonderful mass oftopping, crisp base and doughycentre also available to take away, and the huge Chicken fajita (£11.95)- all big enough to stop John Waynehimself in his tracks.
